About the Role
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency at Packback. As a key member of the revenue operations team, this individual will be responsible for analyzing revenue-related data, identifying areas of improvement, and developing actionable recommendations for senior leadership. With a strong focus on GTM, Salesforce, and Excel, this role requires a deep understanding of revenue operations and the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with executive and senior revenue leadership to drive strategic initiatives. This role will also provide coaching and mentorship to more junior team members, ensuring the continued growth and development of the revenue operations function.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to support revenue operations
- Own the analysis of sales, retention, expansion, and customer success funnels to identify areas of improvement
- Proactively identify and address revenue leakage and inefficiencies in the sales and customer success processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to inform strategic decision making
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members on analysis techniques and reporting best practices
- Evaluate and recommend process, system, and data collection improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Present complex analyses and recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams
- Define, track, and interpret key revenue KPIs to inform business decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Expertise in GTM, Salesforce, and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive revenue growth
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Lightdash or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and the ability to drive business outcomes through process improvements and system enhancements
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL and data querying
- Familiarity with AI-powered education technology and the ed-tech industry
- Certification in revenue operations or a related field
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
