About the Role
The Senior Rewards Manager at Vinted plays a crucial role in shaping the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's culture and growth ambitions. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and pay equity.As part of the People team, the Senior Rewards Manager contributes to building and maintaining Vinted's organizational culture. This role combines strategic partnership, data-driven analysis, and hands-on project ownership, making it an exciting opportunity for rewards professionals looking to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Do
- Design and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands and job leveling frameworks, in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Lead market benchmarking efforts and analyze compensation trends to ensure external competitiveness and internal fairness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for reward topics for specific Business Units, advising on complex compensation cases, offers, and international mobility scenarios.
- Drive rewards-related projects, such as new country launches, M&A integrations, or total rewards policy refreshes.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment and effective implementation of rewards strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key rewards metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in rewards management, applying this knowledge to improve Vinted's total rewards strategy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Manage and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the rewards strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- 6-8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles, preferably in international environments or tech/scale-up contexts.
- Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, pay equity, and benefits administration.
- Strong data and Excel skills, with the ability to perform advanced analysis and present findings effectively.
- Experience with job architecture frameworks and compensation tools or platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday and compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer).
- Knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices.
- Certification in compensation or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
