## What You Will Do - Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Ruby on Rails - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and standards - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality - Work with Salesforce and other technologies to integrate with existing systems - Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data consistency and integrity - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the company's products and services - Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable software solutions - Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban - Work with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of the applications

## What We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer - Proven knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and RDBMS - Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design - Experience with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience with Salesforce and other cloud-based technologies - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

## Nice to Have - Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration - Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with other programming languages, such as Java or Python - Certification in Ruby on Rails or a related technology
