Job Description

About the Role

Loop is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role in the company's EMEA expansion. This fully remote position, based in the UK, will focus on identifying and engaging potential merchants in the UK and European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Research and understand prospects' business needs and pain points to effectively communicate Loop's value proposition.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory calls or demos for qualified prospects with Account Executives (AEs).
  • Track and document interactions and lead information in Loop's CRM system (Salesforce) for accurate data.

Requirements

  • Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
