About the Role
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is a pivotal role at SugarAI, responsible for designing and evolving the enablement strategy across the go-to-market ecosystem. This includes Sales, Customer Success, and Partners, ensuring tight alignment with marketing strategy and business growth priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or product marketing, with a proven track record of building and executing enablement strategies that drive revenue growth.As a cross-functional leader, this role will require influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring enablement drives measurable revenue impact. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will operate as a bridge between Marketing and Revenue teams, operationalizing positioning and campaigns into clear sales plays that ensure consistent execution across the buyer journey.

What You Will Do
- Develop a forward-looking, KPI-aligned enablement roadmap that translates marketing strategy, product roadmap, and GTM priorities into actionable plans
- Identify capability gaps across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners and proactively address them through strategic enablement initiatives
- Build scalable global frameworks for enablement with room for regional nuance, aligning enablement to key segments, industries, and customer profiles
- Define and establish partner enablement strategies, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing readiness programs
- Anticipate future skill and knowledge needs based on market, product, and competitive shifts and develop structured learning paths
- Establish standards, systems, and a clear definition of success across GTM functions, ensuring efforts are coordinated, prioritized, and scalable
- Design and deliver high-impact programs and core assets, such as playbooks, messaging, and onboarding materials
- Define and track success via revenue, pipeline, sales efficiency, and adoption metrics, partnering with RevOps to drive data-informed optimization
What We Are Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, product marketing, or related GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience building and executing enablement strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and/or Partner ecosystems
- Strong background partnering with Marketing to operationalize messaging and go-to-market initiatives
- Experience supporting global teams and multi-segment or multi-product organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories is preferred
- Background in partner/channel enablement within a partner-led or hybrid GTM model is a plus
