Job Description

About the Role

ChowNow is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to enhance the performance of our Revenue organization. This remote position requires a proactive approach to translating go-to-market strategies into effective seller behavior changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enablement initiatives to drive revenue impact, focusing on:
- New product launches - Pricing and packaging rollouts - Skills development - Process adoption
  • Design scalable systems to improve:
- Quality of execution - Shorten sales cycles - Increase win rates - Elevate seller confidence
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to work with senior stakeholders.
