About the Role
The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist supports the end-to-end enablement strategy for DoorDash's In-Store line of business, focusing on post-sales teams.Responsibilities
- Equip post-sales teams with messaging, training, resources, and processes to drive performance and consistency
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Systems, and Strategy & Operations to identify skill gaps and refine positioning
- Develop onboarding materials, reinforce product knowledge, and support launch readiness
- Drive adoption of best practices across teams
Requirements
- Strong GTM strategy and Salesforce expertise
- Excel skills for data analysis and process improvement

- Experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Knowledge of sales plays and enablement programs
