About the Role

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist supports the end-to-end enablement strategy for DoorDash's In-Store line of business, focusing on post-sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Equip post-sales teams with messaging, training, resources, and processes to drive performance and consistency
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Systems, and Strategy & Operations to identify skill gaps and refine positioning
  • Develop onboarding materials, reinforce product knowledge, and support launch readiness
  • Drive adoption of best practices across teams

Requirements

  • Strong GTM strategy and Salesforce expertise
  • Excel skills for data analysis and process improvement

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales plays and enablement programs
