Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

The role entails collaborating with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance to fellow developers. You will also be responsible for staying current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, and participating in technical planning, estimation, and solution design discussions.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning components
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Optimize performance and ensure platform scalability and security
• Collaborate with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to fellow developers
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution design discussions

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Proven experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDX, Git, DX CLI, etc.)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset
• Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies
