About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join one of our fast-growing client teams. You will play a key role in building modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of user experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
  • Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies.

How to Stand Out

  • Ensure your portfolio includes examples of custom Salesforce applications and integrations you've developed, highlighting your problem-solving skills and understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Familiarize yourself with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce, such as SFDX, Git, and DX CLI, to stand out as a strong candidate.
