About the Role

The Senior SAP ABAP Developer role at InPost is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. What You Will Do

  • Architect and design complex ABAP solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Develop and maintain high-quality ABAP code in line with best practices and coding standards
  • Design and implement advanced integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges in existing systems
  • Drive improvements in development processes and coding standards
  • Estimate effort and timelines and take ownership of delivering complex features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Refactor existing code and fix defects
  • Write and execute unit and integration tests
  • Analyze system performance and optimize existing solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
  • Strong foundation in software engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with modern ABAP programming techniques
  • Deep expertise in at least two SAP modules (e.g., FI, RE-FX, SD, MM, CO)
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations
  • Experience working with SAP HANA
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English & Polish

Nice to Have

  • Experience in building user-friendly interfaces using modern SAP frontend technologies (e.g., SAP UI5, Fiori)
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Suite
