About the Role

The Senior Scaled Customer Activation Manager at Ramp will play a critical role in delivering high-quality customer outcomes at scale. This involves owning the end-to-end onboarding and activation of a large portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding and activation of a high-volume customer portfolio, driving customers to full Ramp adoption within 60 days.
  • Lead onboarding calls with executive presence and ensure fast, thorough implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality.
  • Position Ramp’s product suite to customer workflows and business goals, understanding pain points and blockers to problem-solve with cross-functional teams.
