Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive infrastructure decisions, security, and compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for building engineering practices that take us from startup speed to enterprise-grade reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve production AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts and environments
  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in production
  • Drive security posture improvements and compliance initiatives (CIS, SOX, GDPR)
  • Build and maintain observability pipelines, alerting, and incident response workflows
  • Manage Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps deployment pipelines
  • Participate in on-call rotation (1 week/month, compensated)
  • Collaborate directly with engineering teams on architecture decisions
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing
