## About the Role The Senior Social Commerce Strategist plays a pivotal role in leading and scaling high-performing TikTok Shop affiliate programs for a portfolio of fast-growing consumer brands. This strategic, client-facing position requires owning program performance from end to end, including developing affiliate growth strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing performance data, optimizing creator programs, and building scalable processes that drive measurable business results. Day-to-day, this involves a blend of strategic planning, client communication, data analysis, and team collaboration to ensure the delivery of outstanding performance.

## What You Will Do - Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies that drive GMV growth, including defining creator, product, sampling, and activation strategies.
- Continuously optimize programs based on platform trends and performance data to ensure ongoing improvement and relevance.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts, leading client meetings, presenting performance insights, and recommending growth opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and execution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and activation, managing affiliate pipelines, product sampling, and creator performance.
- Optimize outreach messaging, creator engagement, and conversion rates to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of affiliate programs.
- Monitor KPIs including GMV, ROAS, conversions, creator activity, and content production, using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards that support data-driven decision making, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need.
- Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements to affiliate programs and overall social commerce strategy.
- Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices to improve efficiency across the social commerce function.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous team development, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- At least 2 years of experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate Center across multiple brands or clients, demonstrating the ability to scale and optimize affiliate programs.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business results.
- Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations, with excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Proven success in driving GMV growth and affiliate program performance, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and operational workflows, with the ability to develop and maintain these tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client communication and team collaboration.
- High level of ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with paid creator campaigns, including the development and execution of paid social strategies.
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these industries.
- Experience mentoring team members, with the ability to contribute to team development and growth.
- Familiarity with Meta Affiliate programs, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to inform social commerce strategies.
