Job Description

About the Role

Assist World is seeking a Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to enhance our online presence and support marketing efforts as we expand globally.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
- Edit and prepare video and image content.
  • Schedule and post content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Maintain a reliable posting schedule aligned with business objectives.
  • Content Execution:
- Assist with planning and scheduling content.
  • Provide input on content trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate on refining content for optimal performance.
  • Google Ads Support (Phased In):
- Support in monitoring Google Ads campaigns, reviewing performance, and making recommendations.
  • Work with internal and external teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in content editing and execution, particularly with video.
  • Comfort with managing multiple social media platforms independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and strategies.
