About the Role
The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Airtable's business goals. This will involve creating and curating high-quality content, managing social media campaigns, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, as well as experience with Google Analytics and Excel.The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PMM, Content, and Events, to ensure that social media is integrated into all aspects of Airtable's marketing efforts. The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and for identifying opportunities to innovate and improve Airtable's social media presence.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Airtable's business goals
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Manage social media campaigns and optimize performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PMM, Content, and Events, to integrate social media into all aspects of Airtable's marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve Airtable's social media presence
- Utilize AI-powered workflows to streamline social media management and optimize performance
- Develop and manage social media budgets, and ensure that all social media activities are aligned with Airtable's overall business objectives
- Conduct regular social media audits to ensure that Airtable's social media presence is consistent and effective
- Identify and mitigate potential social media risks, and develop strategies to address them
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies
- Proven track record of success in creating and curating high-quality content for social media platforms
- Experience with social media analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective content
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PMM, Content, and Events
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform social media decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered workflows and social media management tools
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising, including Facebook and LinkedIn ads
- Experience with social media influencer marketing and partnerships
- Familiarity with social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social
