About the Role

The Senior Software Developer position at CapIntel is a key role in the company's mission to revolutionize the wealth management industry. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that enable successful client onboarding and integrations. What You Will Do

  • Design and implement backend services that enable successful client onboarding and integrations
  • Work hands-on with backend technologies to develop scalable and efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Participate in the development of the company's technical roadmap
  • Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
