About the Role
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. The Fraud Engineering organization builds software to respond strategically to fraud, supporting business growth while protecting Affirm and its users.Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, leading engineers to solve open-ended problems
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python or Kotlin
- Take an active role in shaping the team’s roadmap, collaborating on technical design, and driving execution across projects
- Partner with stakeholders to build scalable fraud tooling and infrastructure

- Experience with microservice and event-driven architecture
