About the Role
The Senior Software Engineer, Delivery Loop, plays a critical role in Webflow's mission to empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. As part of the Developer Productivity Pillar, this position is responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to customers. The goal is to drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers, making this a high-impact role with significant opportunities for growth.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS, and experience with designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects. This role reports to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity, and is a permanent, full-time position based in Argentina, with the flexibility of working remotely.

What You Will Do
- Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow's build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
- Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
- Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions that meet business requirements while leveraging modern DevOps practices.
What We Are Looking For
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Business-level fluency in English to read, write, and speak.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS.
- Skill in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions that meet business requirements while leveraging modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with mentoring junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow or similar digital experience platforms.
- Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and software engineering.
