About the Role
Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Consumer Growth Experience Engineering team. The team builds platforms and end-to-end experiences that power Affirm’s consumer growth across push, email, app, and web.Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to support the product development lifecycle
- Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting or improving code review and design standards
