About the Role

Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Consumer Growth Experience Engineering team. The team builds platforms and end-to-end experiences that power Affirm’s consumer growth across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, leading engineers through ambiguous problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the product development lifecycle, including product management, design, and analytics.
  • Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
  • Support the operations and availability of the team’s artifacts and foster a culture of quality and ownership.
