Senior Software Engineer Golang

What You Will Do

• Design and develop software applications using Golang, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with other teams as necessary.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems.
• Contribute to the development of the company's technology stack, including the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies.
• Work with the QA team to identify and resolve defects, improving overall software quality.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Golang.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications and systems.
• Excellent understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
