What You Will Do
- Design, construct, test, and debug technical solutions that meet the company's standards

What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
- 7+ years of commercial product development experience
- Proficiency in more than one programming language, including RPG, CL, DB2 SQL, and SQL Procedure
- Experience with agile software development, version control, and testing
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Experience with software development, Excel, and analytical tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
