You will be working on a range of projects, from designing systems that span Salesforce and off-platform services to developing complex Salesforce solutions. What You Will Do

• Architect and develop complex Salesforce solutions designed for managed packages and multi-org distribution
• Design systems that span Salesforce and off-platform services, including Java, Node.js, APIs, and event-driven integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of the company's customers
• Develop and maintain high-quality code that is scalable, efficient, and easy to maintain
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the company's codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment of the product
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce and SaaS architecture
• Contribute to the development of the company's technical vision and strategy
• Mentor junior members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and SaaS architecture
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Experience with Java and Node.js, including development, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of distributed SaaS architecture and multi-tenant products
• Experience with APIs, event-driven integrations, and other off-platform services
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and solutions
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI
• Strong understanding of security and compliance, including data encryption and access controls
• Experience with testing frameworks, including Apex, JUnit, or Mocha
