About the Role
As a Senior Solution Architect at Gitlab, you'll play a crucial role in driving digital transformation across the ASEAN region. You'll work closely with prospects and customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, providing expert guidance on how Gitlab's DevSecOps platform can address their needs. With a strong focus on cloud and modern software development practices, you'll help organizations navigate complex technical evaluations and implement effective solutions.The Senior Solution Architect role is a key part of Gitlab's regional sales team, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and platform adoption. You'll be responsible for leading technical evaluations, designing solution architectures, and serving as the voice of the customer to Product Management. With a strong customer focus and technical expertise, you'll build long-term relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through Gitlab-driven digital transformation.

What You Will Do
- Guide technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how Gitlab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs
- Manage the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proof of value ownership, and workshop design
- Work closely with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape and execute account strategies
- Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through digital transformation
- Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices
- Recommend improvements to existing approaches to improve return on investment, shorten delivery cycles, and accelerate platform adoption
- Lead technical evaluations, including proof of value initiatives and workshops
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, providing feedback and insights on customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful platform adoption and revenue growth
