The Senior Solution Consultant role is crucial in driving this mission forward, focusing on growing North American operations. This position requires working closely with revenue leaders in medium to large B2B companies, building relationships, and providing expert solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, working with sales, services, and product teams to drive opportunities. Day-to-day, you will be expected to explain how Highspot's solutions work, demonstrate their value, and lead responses to RFPs and Infosec questionnaires. Your expertise in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and your ability to leverage AI-driven tools and workflows will be essential in driving high-impact outcomes.What You Will Do
- Explain how Highspot's solutions work and their value proposition to prospective clients
- Build and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, whiteboards, and workshops
- Support the sales team in deal planning and discovery to progress opportunities
- Develop and deliver tailored solution presentations to prospect and customer use cases
- Lead responses to RFPs and Infosec questionnaires
- Manage and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Utilize active listening and objection handling skills to address questions and concerns
- Proactively offer solution advice to clients and internal teams
- Facilitate workshops to help prospects understand the value of enablement and the Highspot platform
- Stay up-to-date with the SalesTech/Martech ecosystem, including CRM, SSO, Data Lakes, and API
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Content Management Systems, Sales Tech, and Enablement
- Proven track record in B2B sales and successfully working with sales teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue generation across various industries
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with AI-driven tools and workflows
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Certifications in sales enablement or related fields
