Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Solutions and CS Enablement Business Partner plays a critical role in designing, delivering, and continuously evolving enablement programs for Webflow's Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success Manager teams. This role is responsible for setting the gold standard for how customer-facing technical and post-sales teams ramp, deepen product mastery, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. By building scalable onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, you will ensure that these teams are confident, credible, and effective at every stage of the customer journey.

As a key partner to Solutions and CS leadership, you will be a visible presence across these teams, driving stronger customer outcomes, higher adoption, and long-term retention. Your expertise will directly shape how these teams ramp, grow, and deliver value, making you an integral part of Webflow's success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies that blend Webflow product knowledge, technical acumen, and customer-facing skills
  • Design and deliver scalable onboarding programs in partnership with the Revenue Enablement Onboarding Manager
  • Create and maintain ongoing enablement programs to deepen product mastery and drive exceptional customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with Solutions and CS leadership to identify and prioritize enablement needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and manage enablement metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in enablement and customer success
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other enablement activities

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement programs
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing technical and post-sales teams
  • Experience with digital experience platforms or similar technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Webflow or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of AI-native digital experience platforms
  • Certification in enablement, customer success, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote-first company
