## What You Will Do - Lead the architecture and delivery of the Air Force integration platform, focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Design and guide the implementation of cloud architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions and platform capabilities.
• Support engineering teams in designing, building, and troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Drive architectural decisions across cloud, networking, system design, and service integrations, defining conflict resolution strategies as needed.
• Ensure the development of systems that are reliable, efficient, and meet the required security standards.
• Participate in the planning and execution of platform updates and migrations.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of system architectures and designs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

## What We Are Looking For - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
• Strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Apigee, and Kubernetes is highly desired.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, microservices architecture, and containerization.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.

## Nice to Have - Experience with Air Force or Department of Defense projects.
