Senior Solutions Architect

About the Role

Day-to-day, the Senior Solutions Architect will engage with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities, bringing a unique point of view to the table early in the process. This involves designing end-to-end solutions that integrate human and agent workflows seamlessly, ensuring that the transition to new processes is as smooth as possible. The role also involves navigating complex organizational structures, building coalitions, and managing stakeholders to ensure that the solutions implemented meet the needs of all parties involved.

The Senior Solutions Architect will be part of Airtable's Professional Services team, which is responsible for delivering high-impact solutions to clients. This team works closely with various stakeholders, including the sales team, the product development team, and the customer success team, to ensure that client needs are met and that Airtable's solutions continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of the market.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design of solutions that integrate human and agent workflows, focusing on scalability and sustainability.
• Engage with clients from the outset, bringing a point of view on how their business processes can be transformed to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design end-to-end solutions that translate existing enterprise workflows into architectures where humans and agents operate together seamlessly.
• Identify areas where agentic workflows can create significant leverage and design reliable handoffs to ensure smooth execution.
• Navigate organizational complexity, building coalitions and managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures that can extend the impact beyond individual client engagements.
• Stay involved through the delivery phase, adapting designs as necessary based on evolving client realities and holding accountability for the outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of Airtable's Professional Services offerings, ensuring that they remain cutting-edge and meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and to implement best practices across the organization.

What We Are Looking For

• A background in business process transformation, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive change.
• Experience in leading complex engagements, particularly those involving the transformation of business processes and the integration of AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of organizational design and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly in how they can be used to compress output and enhance decision-making.
• A professional services or management consulting background, with a strong understanding of what it means to deliver to a statement of work and be accountable for outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
