About the Role
The Senior Solutions Architect will join a lean team with full ownership of technical client relationships, driving the entire lifecycle of discovery, pilots, API integrations, training, and troubleshooting for a diverse book of federal law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and crypto platforms. This role matters because it contributes directly to disrupting ransomware groups, terrorist financing networks, and financial crime at a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, implementation, or solutions architecture, with hands-on experience in API integration work and scripting proficiency in languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows and stakeholder constraints, building lightweight proof-of-concepts and prototype API integrations to accelerate client onboarding. Your technical expertise will be leveraged to feed client insights back to engineering and product teams, shaping the roadmap of the AI-powered blockchain intelligence platform. What You Will Do
- Run discovery calls with federal agencies, financial institutions, and crypto platforms to map workflows and stakeholder constraints
- Own the complete pre- and post-sales cycle, including demos, pilots, API integration planning, testing, training, and troubleshooting
- Build lightweight proof-of-concepts and prototype API integrations in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to accelerate client onboarding
- Act as the primary technical advisor for clients on products, including the Beacon Network, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Feed client insights back to engineering and product teams to shape the roadmap directly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support
- Develop and maintain documentation for API integrations and client implementations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in blockchain analytics and AI
What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Lead, with a strong background in owning both sides of the sale
- Hands-on API integration work, including proof-of-concepts, integration documents, reference architectures, and client implementations
- Scripting proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to write code to solve client problems
- Experience with AI tools, including agents, automated workflows, and AI-powered platforms
- Background at a recognizable high-growth startup or scale-up, with the ability to operate without a safety net
- Active U.S. citizenship due to government clientele
- Ability to work with EST timezone overlap (8am–5pm core hours)
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, Govtech, or national security
- Familiarity with messy, poorly documented APIs and the ability to make them work anyway
- Certification in a relevant field, such as blockchain development or AI engineering
