About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in containerized solutions at Celonis, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's mission to unlock global productivity and sustainability by placing intelligence at the core of every business process. Your primary focus will be on leading the deployment of self-hosted solutions within complex enterprise customer environments. This involves translating customer technical requirements into successful deployments on the client's infrastructure and ensuring seamless integrations with their source systems.The Solutions Architecture team at Celonis plays a vital role in ensuring customers achieve the full value of the Celonis platform. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a key technical liaison, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the technical setup required for the successful deployment of Celonis features and functionalities, including process mining, process automation, Action Flow, and task mining.

What You Will Do
- Lead complex technical discussions to analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal containerized solutions, managing expectations amidst technical constraints.
- Facilitate deployments, ensuring successful onboarding of the Celonis platform for enterprise clients.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
- Actively remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption, clarifying technical risks and necessary trade-offs for stakeholders.
- Guide customers on authentication (SSO), user/group management (LDAP), and provisioning best practices, removing technical barriers to adoption.
- Promote reusability by discerning between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements, collaborating directly with Celonis Product Development.
- Serve as the central technical stakeholder for successful delivery and onboarding of the Celonis platform for our enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective support for customer deployments.
- Develop and maintain documentation of deployment architectures and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in a deployment/integration role, with at least 3+ years of proven experience in deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Active Government Clearance (Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret, with 18 months - 2 years of remaining eligibility).
- Advanced knowledge of at least one specific Kubernetes distribution (e.g., Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift).
- Proven knowledge and best practices in deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices related to containerized applications and Kubernetes deployments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Certification in Kubernetes or related technologies.
