About the Role
The Senior Solutions Architect will be a key member of the Technology Team at Stellus Rx, responsible for designing and implementing AI-integrated systems that drive personalized healthcare solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software development, AI, and machine learning, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. As a member of the Technology Team, the Senior Solutions Architect will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to unlock the health of millions of Americans.The role of the Senior Solutions Architect is critical in driving the company's mission to create and expand the delivery of personalized health support. This involves working closely with pharmacists, pharmacy care coordinators, technologists, and product strategists to design and implement solutions that improve patient outcomes. The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for defining and maintaining all aspects of solution, technical, integration, and data architecture, with a deliberate focus on where AI and machine learning capabilities can be embedded to improve outcomes, automation, and scalability.
What You Will Do
- Define and maintain all aspects of solution, technical, integration, and data architecture, with a focus on AI and machine learning capabilities
- Evaluate AI tools and frameworks as part of the technology roadmap and conduct AI-focused Proof of Concept efforts to validate architectural decisions
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration, feasibility, and AI augmentation opportunities
- Ensure architectural decisions represent the best fit across cost, complexity, and speed of execution using AI-assisted modeling and analysis
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software and applications
- Guide teams in creating technical designs that meet functional and performance requirements and oversee development progress to ensure consistency with initial design
- Coordinate technical tasks with technical and project owners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Identify and communicate technical and business risks proactively and propose mitigation strategies informed by data and AI-generated analysis
- Use tools and methodologies, including AI-assisted prototyping, to create representations of functions and user interfaces for desired products
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of proven experience as a solutions architect
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Strong foundation in AI-informed architecture, software development, and machine learning
- Experience with AI tools and frameworks, including GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience with development standards, patterns, and best practices, including AI-assisted coding tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare technology and personalized healthcare solutions
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including model integration patterns and data governance considerations
- Experience with AI-assisted research and innovation, including emerging technologies and industry trends
- Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
- Experience with technical delivery and collaboration, including guiding teams and overseeing development progress
