About the Role

The Senior Solutions Architect is a critical role at Airtable, responsible for leading business process transformations and designing end-to-end solutions that drive real impact. As a seasoned professional with a background in digital transformation and business process redesign, you will be responsible for navigating complex organizational structures and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of Airtable's customers, and will be accountable for the outcomes of these solutions.

The role of the Senior Solutions Architect is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of business processes, organizational design, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for pushing recommendations forward quickly, identifying areas where business processes need to change, and designing solutions that hold through delivery. You will also be responsible for staying involved throughout the delivery process, adapting designs as customer reality evolves, and holding accountability for what gets built.

What You Will Do

Lead business process transformations and design end-to-end solutions that drive real impact
Navigate complex organizational structures and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Design solutions that hold through delivery and stay accountable for outcomes
Push recommendations forward quickly and identify areas where business processes need to change
Stay involved throughout the delivery process and adapt designs as customer reality evolves
Hold accountability for what gets built and ensure that solutions meet the needs of Airtable's customers
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs
Identify where agentic workflows create real leverage and design the handoffs that make them reliable in production
Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures that extend impact beyond individual engagements

What We Are Looking For

7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation
A background in business process transformation and a track record of leading complex engagements at the VP and C-suite level
Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, including designing and implementing solutions that leverage these technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
A professional services or management consulting background, with experience delivering to a statement of work and being accountable for outcomes
The ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
A deep understanding of business processes and organizational design, with the ability to design solutions that drive real impact

Nice to Have

Experience with no-code app platforms and digital transformation solutions
A background in software development or engineering, with experience designing and implementing technical solutions
Certification in a relevant field, such as business process management or digital transformation
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
