About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their customer-focused team. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and prospects, designing and delivering solutions that drive business value and accelerate platform adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and map PagerDuty solutions to desired outcomes
  • Develop and present tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and value propositions
  • Advise customers on best practices for incident response, digital operations, and service reliability
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals
