About the Role
Sentry is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to define its regional post-sales engagement model and build the company's presence in Sydney, Australia. This founding role will focus on post-sales technical partnerships and long-term customer success, working closely with engineering leaders and platform teams at high-impact customers.Responsibilities
- Understand customers' pain points and objectives, translating those into implementation and onboarding plans
- Develop best practices, educational offerings, and content around error and performance monitoring
- Partner with customers to guide architecture decisions, troubleshoot complex implementations, and provide product feedback
