About the Role
The Senior Solutions Engineer role at Stytch is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading technical customer conversations, demos, and evaluations, ensuring a smooth and speedy onboarding process for Stytch's clients. Your expertise in digital authentication and anti-fraud tooling will be essential in communicating solution designs and addressing customer needs.In this role, you will be working closely with the sales team to demonstrate the technical and business value of Stytch's authentication platform. Your ability to read and write code, as well as your familiarity with modern web services and APIs, will be invaluable in this position. You will also be collaborating with the product organization to help shape the company's roadmap based on customer feedback and industry trends.

What You Will Do
- Lead technical customer conversations to identify, qualify, and address customer authentication use cases, requirements, and constraints
- Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate the business and technical value of Stytch's authentication platform
- Develop and lead technical demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) of Stytch's authentication platform
- Codify learnings from customer deployments into repeatable implementation methodologies and playbooks
- Develop technical domain expertise in authentication and authorization concepts and policies, such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
- Partner with the product organization to help shape the company's roadmap based on customer feedback and industry trends
- Serve as a subject matter expert in authentication and anti-fraud tooling for Stytch's customers and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital authentication and anti-fraud tooling
- Provide input and feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve the company's products and services
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels, from CTO to software engineer
- Grit, tenacity, curiosity, and drive to find solutions that work for customers and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
- Ability to read and write code, with a strong understanding of modern web services and APIs
- Familiarity with authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Experience in a technical consulting role supporting mid-market or enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and experience with cloud-based platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with MFA, IdP, and other authentication technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and Asana
- Certification in cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
