Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Webflow, you will be at the forefront of driving customer success with Webflow's cutting-edge, AI-native Digital Experience Platform. Your expertise in technical solutions and ability to communicate complex ideas will empower customers to unlock their full potential with the platform. You will be part of a dynamic team that values trust, transparency, and creativity, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure mutual, long-term success.

The role entails partnering with 3-4 Account Executives and supporting multiple active customer opportunities. You will proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery, guiding customers through the evaluation process to ensure Webflow's solution meets their key business objectives and technical requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will be an integral part of a team that champions the voice of the customer, influencing product direction and ensuring that Webflow's platform continuously meets the evolving needs of its users.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to support customer opportunities and ensure timely solution delivery
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow, ensuring the platform meets their business objectives and technical requirements
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions with customers to understand their strategic objectives and technical requirements
  • Architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value for customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Champion the voice of the customer, providing feedback to influence product direction
  • Develop and maintain technical sales assets and collateral
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a solutions engineering or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software company
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with AI-native platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of driving customer success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Webflow's Digital Experience Platform or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of design and development principles, with an understanding of how to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
