About the Role

The Senior Sourcing Specialist role at Cielo is a critical position that requires a unique blend of industry knowledge, sourcing expertise, and communication skills. What You Will Do

  • Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates
  • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies to cultivate and grow talent communities
  • Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to establish rapport and interest in job opportunities
  • Conduct and present thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team
  • Share market and candidate insights to business hiring groups, while consulting them on sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Actively promote the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting the company’s strengths in the specific industry and opportunities for career growth
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities, using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other available tools

What We Are Looking For

  • High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry or market
  • Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both with candidates and hiring teams
  • Strong research and market analysis skills
  • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements
  • Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent
  • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
