About the Role
The Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing role at The Digital Stronghold is a critical component of the company's digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to drive campaign optimization, leveraging data analysis and market research to inform decision making.As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's performance marketing strategy.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to inform optimization strategies and improve ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve target ROI and KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including media vendors and technology providers
- Create and present campaign reports and analysis to stakeholders, including senior leadership and marketing teams
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with campaign execution and optimization
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on campaign optimization and data analysis
- Proven track record of success in driving campaign ROI and KPIs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and data management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
