As a key member of the Launch team, the Senior Specialty Seller will work closely with design, product, and engineering experts to translate insights into bold and pragmatic solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing and logistics industry, including its challenges, opportunities, and buyer dynamics. The ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, maintain a focus on outcomes, and represent Launch as a thought leader in the market are crucial aspects of this position.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve driving new client acquisition, acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, and partnering with internal teams to shape opportunities from early discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services with a strong focus on net-new business development in the manufacturing and logistics industry
  • Proven ability to sell into the C-suite with confidence and credibility
  • Experience selling digital product design, customer experience, and application development services
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing and logistics industry, including sector-specific challenges, opportunities, and buyer dynamics
  • Ability to apply generative AI and similar technologies in a human-centric, design-forward manner
  • Consultative, solution-oriented approach rooted in curiosity, listening, and industry insight
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping opportunities in partnership with clients and internal teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, resilient, motivated by building something lasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively
