## What You Will Do - Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Work with the quality assurance team to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party services into Nagarro's products.
• Participate in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and sales support materials.

## What We Are Looking For - A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development projects, with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
