The Reddit Ads team is driving innovation and growth, shaping how the platform monetizes and connects users with brands. The team's vision is to make Reddit a destination for businesses of all sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition: Acquire and activate new advertisers, including lightweight ads experiences
  • Retention: Ensure advertisers are set up for success, owning the advertiser lifecycle and providing guidance
  • Business Management: Develop solutions for large customers, agencies, and advertisers across organic and paid channels
  • API: Create API-first features and build foundational capabilities for 1p and 3p partners
