## What You Will Do - Lead the development of complex software systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of Nagarro's global client base - Design, develop, and deploy large-scale digital products and services, leveraging your expertise in remote work, digital skills, and delivery - Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide technical guidance and support to junior team members - Participate in code reviews, and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase - Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize technical debt, and develop solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process - Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment scripts, and collaborate with the QA team to ensure the highest standards of quality in all deliverables - Participate in agile development methodologies, and contribute to the planning and execution of sprint plans

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on digital products and services - Expertise in remote work, digital skills, and delivery, with a strong understanding of the evolving needs of a global client base - Strong technical skills in programming languages, software development methodologies, and technologies relevant to the role - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions - Experience with agile development methodologies, and a strong understanding of the principles and practices of DevOps
