About the Role
Linear is seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer to join their distributed team across North America. As a remote-first company, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or Europe, with opportunities for in-person connections through team off-sites and co-working.Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing features, from database models to GraphQL resolvers and UI components
- Optimize data synchronization stack and add real-time collaborative editing to the content editor
- Improve performance through profiling and tweaking virtualized list rendering
- Add analytics, monitoring, and alerts to the service for better incident response
Requirements
Experience working across the full stack, with a focus on scalability, performance, and software craftsmanship. Proficiency in technologies such as React, MobX, styled-components, GraphQL, Node, Postgres, Temporal, and Redis is a plus.How to Stand Out
