About the Role
Linear is seeking a Senior / Staff Product Designer to join their team. As a remote-first company, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in North America and collaborate with a team of makers who value quality and craftsmanship.Responsibilities
- Pair closely with engineering and product teams to initiate and complete roadmap projects
- Identify opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows
- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas
- Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing software
- Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for your ideas
