About the Role
The Senior Stock Administrator will play a critical role in scaling Asana's stock administration function globally. This position entails managing end-to-end processes on ETRADE Equity Edge Online, ensuring data accuracy, and providing superior customer service to support employees' understanding of stock awards and programs. As a key member of the Legal team, the Senior Stock Administrator will work closely with internal partners, including Finance, Payroll, and People teams, to navigate challenging issues and drive efforts to enhance manual processes and automate workflows.Asana's stock administration function is a vital component of the company's overall strategy, and the Senior Stock Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company's stock data. This role requires a deep understanding of stock administration principles, including the administration of stock awards, programs, and policies. The Senior Stock Administrator will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that Asana remains compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

What You Will Do
- Utilize your stock administration experience to administer Asana's stock programs for all employees in the U.S. and globally
- Maintain Asana's stock data using E
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on public company stock administration experience, preferably with a CEP designation
- Demonstrated experience with multiple stock award types, large transactional volume, and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online
- Strong analytical abilities and project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who maintains strict confidentiality and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a process-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision, with strong time management and organizational skills
