About the Role
The Senior Stock Administrator will play a key role in launching world-class equity programs developed for precision and ease of execution. This position will help drive the long-term vision and strategy for the growing equity team at DoorDash. As a dedicated stock operations professional, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration of global equity plans, including equity events like RSU releases, stock options exercises, and pre-clearance.The Equity Team operates at the intersection of Accounting, Payroll, HR, Compensation, Legal, and Tax, giving them a unique opportunity to create value across the organization. You will be part of an exciting period of growth, working to create the framework to operate equity programs at scale for one of the fastest-growing companies. In this role, you will report into the Sr. Manager of Global Equity Operations on the Equity team in the Accounting organization.
What You Will Do
- Own the ongoing administration of global equity plans, including equity events like RSU releases, stock options exercises, and pre-clearance
- Develop processes and training for Tier 1 employee inquiries to support HR operations and employee service teams
- Own equity employee Tier 2 inquiries and escalations, optimizing for the best customer service
- Collaborate with the Equity Operations Manager to support and own changes to existing and implementation of future equity programs
- Support monthly/quarterly equity reporting
- Maintain data integrity in the equity platform and integrated systems
- Work with HR to ensure accurate employee personal and job-related data is maintained
- Work with Payroll to ensure alignment on tax positions and data integrity
- Identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless execution of equity-related transactions
- Provide significant input and support for the delivery of ongoing equity programs
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration
- Understanding of global equity operations and taxation
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong track record of achievement
- Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand communications
- Customer-obsessed attitude for equity participant support
- Ability to work both independently and with team/business partners
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- CEP designation or working towards it
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and the Equity Edge Online platform
