What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Firefox Enterprise in France and Belgium.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with large enterprises, regulated organizations, and public-sector institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, security, architecture, procurement, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to prioritize market efforts, engage with executives, and focus on the region's most significant opportunities.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering to support technical discovery, customer validation, pilot execution, and rollout planning.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to negotiation and close, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and return business.
  • Provide market feedback to refine and improve the regional sales motion, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and customer engagement models.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory requirements in France and Belgium.
  • Engage in business case development, negotiation, and closure of deals, ensuring alignment with Mozilla's mission and values.
