About the Role
Join Twilio as a Senior Strategic Account Executive, managing relationships with large Communications platform customers. You will be responsible for protecting and growing Twilio's communications business across assigned customers, with a focus on India and Thai enterprises.Responsibilities
- Manage and expand important customer accounts, including high-growth technology, retail, eCommerce, and fintech companies.
- Develop, drive, and execute analytical and consultative sales cycles (upsell and cross-sell) with customers.
