About the Role
New Relic is seeking a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a world-class experience for each applicant from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating New Relic's values in all interactions. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to drive and improve the interview process.The talent acquisition team at New Relic is known for its innovative approach and encouragement of ambitious ideas. What You Will Do
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule phone and video interviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a world-class experience from start to finish
- Demonstrate New Relic's values in all interactions, acting as a brand ambassador
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to drive and improve the interview process
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for interviews as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Provide feedback and insights to the talent acquisition team on the interview process
- Identify areas for improvement in the candidate experience and propose solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional candidate experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital skills and remote work practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a global company with a distributed team
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and social media strategies
- Certification in talent acquisition or a related field
