About the Role

The Senior Talent Development Partner role at Gainsight is a pivotal position that focuses on building organizational capability and accelerating employee growth through the design and facilitation of engaging learning programs. This role is based in Hyderabad, India, and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Development. As a key member of the People Team, the successful candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams, including HR, business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating interactive workshops, designing comprehensive learning programs, and applying generative AI to improve learning outcomes and productivity.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programs that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, onboarding, professional development, and organizational capability building.
  • Create instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences tailored to the needs of different audiences.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify development needs and build practical learning solutions.
  • Develop workshop materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, toolkits, and learning assets that are engaging and effective.
  • Incorporate feedback, learning data, and business needs to continuously improve programs and ensure they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, learning cohorts, onboarding sessions, manager development programs, and team learning experiences that drive participation, discussion, application, and learning retention.
  • Use strong facilitation techniques to create inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support leaders and subject matter experts in delivering effective learning experiences.
  • Integrate AI tools and best practices into learning programs and employee development experiences to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate AI literacy and AI productivity learning sessions for employees and managers to ensure they are equipped to leverage AI in their work.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve learning experiences and employee effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
